Sis’ Mandi Foundation does the following, amongst other things:
- Provide the necessary resources to enable Grade 11s and Grade 12s to explore career opportunities and apply for their chosen fields of study in various tertiary institutions.
- Provide, on a need's basis, school shirts, school shoes, school jackets, school jerseys, and other learning materials, etc., to the neediest students in various rural schools in the Eastern Cape.
- Provide first-year varsity students with basic resources required for them to kickstart their first year in Varsity.
- Assist local youth entrepreneurs with the development of their businesses and procurement of funding for such businesses.
- Organize career exhibitions for rural high schools.
- Organize and support rural villages' sports, youth events, and other recreational activities.
